A few words from Mike

Here's a cover of one of my all time favourite songs composed by Henry Mancini with lyrics by Johnny Mercer called Moon River. It was originally performed by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's and won an Academy Award for Best Original Song.

Here's an original composition called Onde (Italian for Waves). I got inspired by the general belief that waves come in sets of 7 or 11. It is believed that the seventh of the set has the strongest surge. In the movie Papillon, Henri Charrière (Papillon played by Steve McQueen) notices before he attempts his last (successful) escape, that the waves come in sets of 11. I've incorporated this sense of waves and surges into the composition.

Here's a cover of California Dreamin' by The Mamas & The Papas. I was thinking about a good friend of mine who lives in California far from the cold and snow.
