Here’s another original composition called To Be Free. I wrote the song one morning when I was strumming a couple of chords on my guitar. The melody, chord progressions, tempos, harmonies and lyrics came pouring out in one creative wave. Almost couldn't write it down fast enough.
Had a lot of fun doing a solo gig at the local Potton Market on Saturday July 8th. Here's a short vid clip from the event.

Here’s another original composition called Etude in Bb major #1, a major scale often associated with joy and optimism. The song uses the same dyad progression as harmonic (played simultaneously) and melodic (played one at a time) intervals over a descending major 7th and minor 7th chord pattern.
Here’s a cover of the song called Reflections of My Life by Marmalade. It was released in 1969 when the Vietnam War was in full fury. Lots of young men were taken from a safe life to fight a war they didn't want or understand not unlike the war currently being fought in Ukraine.

Here’s another original composition called Etude in E minor #1. One of my first experiments from years ago with a chord progression in the key of E minor. This is an updated arrangement of the original song. Percussion track provided by a Singular Sound BeatBuddy Mini 2 drum pedal.
I discovered that you can play youTube videos at slower playback speeds. The pitch is still the same but the song tempo can be slowed down or speeded up. Select the Settings icon, then Playback speed, then the playback speed you want for example 0.75. This can help you out if you're having trouble playing along with a song or you're trying to figure out a difficult part.
Here's another short montage using one of my compositions as the audio track. I wrote this song way back in 1980 and decided to give it a new 2021 arrangement. Software used: Cubase Element 10.5 , Affinity Photo 1.10, and Windows Movie Maker 2021.
